    Approved for 13 hours

  • Idaho State Bar
    Approved for 10.25 CLE credits (includes .75 ethics CLE credit)

  • Institute of Certified Bankers
    Approved for 14.25 CTFA credits (1.25 FID, 2.25 FP, 10.75 TAX)

  • Montana Board of Continuing Legal Education
    Approved for 11 CLE credits (includes 1 ethics CLE credit)

  • Washington State Board of Continuing Legal Education
    Approved for 11 CLE credits (includes 1 ethics CLE credit)

Preapproval was not required for the following:

  • Enrolled Agent

  • Montana Board of Public Accountants


There were 670 total minutes of instruction, 60 minutes of which were ethics-related. For organizations using a 60 minute hour, instruction was 11 hours and 10 minutes. For organizations using a 50 minute hour, instruction was 13 hours and 20 minutes.
