Brad Luck is an adjunct professor teaching Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a 1977 honors graduate of the Law School and a partner at Garlington, Lohn and Robinson in Missoula. Brad’s practice is varied with a special emphasis on insurance, the defense of insurance bad faith and legal professional negligence claims. He has been recognized with an AV Rating in Martindale Hubbell and is listed in several areas of insurance practice in Best Lawyers, Mountain States Super Lawyers and Chambers USA.
Brad has extensive workers’ compensation experience over his entire career having counseled insurers and spoken extensively at seminars, tried numerous cases and handled over 35 Montana Supreme Court cases on workers’ compensation and related common fund issues. Brad was appointed to the Governor’s Council On Workers’ Compensation which rewrote the Workers’ Compensation Act in 1987. |
