Patrick Duffy is Clerk of Court for the District of Montana, and is a member of the national Budget and Finance Council for the Federal Judiciary. He is also the current Chair of the national Advisory Group of Clerks of Court.
His educational background is in Economics and Law. Prior to becoming Clerk of Court in Montana, Patrick worked as a law clerk to two federal judges, taught Economics at the University of Montana, served as Administrator of a low income public housing authority and worked as a Legislative Assistant in Congress. He is a United States Navy veteran. Patrick has 3 daughters and 2 grandsons, and makes his home in Missoula.
