The team of Brian Miller, Isaac Kantor, and Megan Dishong placed second at the regional competition. For an unprecedented ninth year in a row, a UM team will represent the Northwest at the national competition in New York City. A University of Washington team placed first at the regional competition.

Although the team of Rebecca Smith, Dan Browder, and Matt Cochenour did not advance to the final rounds, the team beat a Gonzaga team and lost to a University of Washington team.
