Policy: Smoking on Campus

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings owned, operated, or leased by The University of Montana except in some student living spaces. Smoking within twenty-five (25) feet outside of buildings is prohibited with the exceptions of Jesse and Miller Residence Hall where the distance is seventy-five (75) feet.
