This policy establishes an administrative process for dealing with misconduct in research and creative activities, or allegations thereof, so that the integrity of research conducted or services provided at The University of Montana are maintained, and to provide assurance to federal agencies that The University of Montana is in compliance with federal regulations for institutional oversight of misconduct.
