Allison Bender

Assistant Marketing Director, Athletic Department

From Homecoming to Halloween, Allison, along with Stacey Farnes of Athletics, comes up with some great ideas for the department to come together as a “team.” They had such a great idea for our Homecoming department display, that we won first place on campus. Also, on Halloween we had a costume contest, and everyone voted on the best two contests. It was fun.

Working in the Athletic Department can be very intense and stressful; therefore, Allison is helping to get us folks to “lighten” up once in awhile and have some fun. Thanks, Allison, for the great ideas and keeping us together here in the department!

Tena Bova

Administrative Assistant, Mathematics Department

Tena helped me way beyond the efforts expected or even hoped for. I had one heck of a time getting registered this semester. With her help, my problem was solved in only moments. A big thanks to Ms. or Bova!!!

Carrie Brunell

Administrative Associate, Graduate School.

Carrie completed the difficult and complex work to bring up the online graduate application process with CollegeNet and the process for uploading of the electronic data to BANNER. The detail is indescribable for this hugely awesome task. Great job!

Maggie Carlsen

Accounting Associate, School of Forestry

I don't quite know how to put this, but Maggie is kind of a big deal. People know her. She is probably the best accountant I know of and is also a skilled jogger. She is an alum and a very hard worker who loves Missoula and loves UM.

She has a dog that only growls at the bad people. Am I biased because we are friends? No. I mean yes. That doesn't change the fact that she is super good and deserves this kudos from me, and you. Do it.

Kelly Chadwick

Interior and Exterior Landscaper, Facility Services

The gardens (as I call them) at the UC, both inside and outside, are a source of constant enjoyment. The diversity of the outside garden reflects the changing seasons beautifully. Inside seems almost a tropical paradise, tranquil in spite of the “busy-ness.” Kelly's expertise and dedication is the reason for these wonderful areas. Also, she is never too busy to chat and share her helpful knowledge with us!

Sandy Christiansen

Information Specialist, Financial Aid office

Sandy is pleasant, knowledgeable and always helpful. Dealing with financial aid is often confusing and scary, but Sandy puts everyone at ease with her soothing ways and endless patience. Whenever one is worried, a chat with Sandy will turn everything around. I always feel better just knowing that she's there.

Terri Coslet

Budget Analyst, Research and Sponsored Program Department

Terri is a great asset to ORSP. She always takes time to help no matter how busy she is. There is no question too small, and if something needs further research, she will pursue it until resolved and keep you posted regarding the progress.

In the maze of trying to get a grant application completed and out the door, Terri can always be depended upon to be calm, helpful, and resourceful. She never says no or passes you off to other people but instead finds out your question or problem and then helps resolve.
