ATS Accomplishments

(ATS is a division of IT that does a large part of digital accessibility work on campus - along with Marlene Zentz for UMOnline, library staff and all of you.)

  • Processed 72,095 pages (or 149 books) with a .94 day turn around time - 14 books were converted in-house
  • Meet with 49 students in support of assistive technology
  • Evaluated xx pieces of software1
  • Offered xxx accessibility and assistive technology short courses
  • Captioned xx minutes:
    • equals approximately 1070 hours of work or 26 1/4 weeks
    • completed by 1.25 FTE student workers and .6 FTE staff
  • Participated in Tech Partners, Student Computer Fee committee and EITA committee


1-Evaluation takes normally at least 2 hours and can take up to 4 or 5 hours
