ACCESS PRIVILEGES

A-Concourse:
Guests who have valid floor seating will be allowed on this level.

B-Concourse:
All guests have access to this level upon entry into the Adams Center regardless of seating location. This is the level where the Box Office and Administrative Offices are located.

C-Concourse:
All ticket holders for sections 204, 205, 206, 207, & 208 have access to this level that houses and the Grizzly Hall of Fame and the offices of Intercollegiate Athletics.

* Sky Club:
Only ticketed guests may access the Sky Club level. Sporting event access is limited to Sky Club members and guests only. All ticketed guests for concerts and shows have access to this level when applicable.

* All other areas of the Adams Center are closed to the public and will be clearly marked during events. All of these areas require credentials or passes, as applies.

ALCOHOL POLICY
No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into the Adams Center. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older once inside the arena (varies by event).  All alcohol sales can and will be terminated at the discretion of Adams Center and the University of Montana.  All alcohol sales require appropriate legal ID (and other ID as applies).  Alcohol sales locations will be designated on an event to event basis.

ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the Adams Center, except service animals and/or service animals in training. These animals are welcome providing they are on a leash or harness at all times unless expressly waived by management.  If special accommodations are required please contact the Adams Center staff at 406.243.5355.

ARRIVING AT THE EVENT

ART DISPLAYS
B-Concourse has four large multi-paneled paintings of Mt. Sentinel and Mt. Jumbo painted by artist and UM Professor Marilyn Bruya.  Also in the lobby above the Box Office hangs a ceramic clock made by Montana native Rudy Autio. The lovely backdrop for our grizzly grill is a mural of New Orleans painted by UM graduate student John F. Bohman. Moving to the C-Concourse level we have the Grizzly hall of fame containing trophies, photos, and memorabilia of Grizzly athletic milestones.  Also a Grizzly Scholarship Association bear "Gridiron Greats" by Tim Joyner is displayed in the C-Concourse lobby along with an additional Grizzly.  The sky club at the Adams Center proudly displays three Grizzly bears and a "token" Bobcat along with various Monte Dolack prints.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available for patrons with hearing impairments. The devices may be checked out free of charge for the duration of an event. Patrons will be required to leave a credit card, or if a UM student, the number of their active Griz Card, until the device is returned. Please check out the device at the Adams Center Box Office. If you have questions please call 406.243.4051.

ATMs
Currently there is one Missoula Federal Credit Union ATM located in the main entry lobby (B-Concourse). Maintenance issues should be reported to the Administration Office during regular business hours or directly to Missoula Federal Credit Union.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS/ FAMILY RESTROOMS
One family restroom is located on the southwest end of B-Concourse. Baby changing stations are found in the southwest family restroom on B-Concourse and the ladies restroom on C-Concourse.

BACKSTAGE PASSES
Backstage passes cannot be purchased for any show. The Adams Center does not give out backstage passes to any concert or show.  It is the sole discretion of the Artist, their management and crew to distribute passes to patrons.

BANNERS/ SIGNS
Banners and signs are allowed only with prior approval of management. Banners or signs may not be placed on the court nor cause any disturbance to other fans. No banner or sign may obstruct the view of other guests, event staff, or Adams Center advertising.  The Adams Center and University of Montana reserve the right to remove ANY banner or sign at any time. 

BROKEN SEATS
If you find a broken seat in the Adams Center, please report the seat location to the Administrative Office (406.243.5355) or the Box Office (1.888.666.8262 or 406.243.4051)

BUSINESS HOURS
Adams Center regular business hours are as follows:

M-F 8am- 5pm (406.243.5355)

M-F 8:30am- 4:30pm

Both offices are closed on legal holidays unless special events require otherwise. In addition, doors generally open one hour prior to shows, concerts, & sporting events.

CAMERAS
Guests may not bring professional camera equipment into the Adams Center for any event (unless approved in advance). Professional equipment is designated as any "detachable" lens or flashes.  For many events cameras are not allowed, so please call in advance to determine this. (406.243.4051 or 406.243.5329)

CHILDRENS' ADMITTANCE
In general, children two years and older must have a ticket in order to gain admittance into the Adams Center events.  Children under 2 years of age, without a ticket, must sit on an adult's lap.  PLEASE BE AWARE: Some events require all guests, regardless of age, to present a valid ticket for admittance to the event.  Please check the ticket policy for the event you plan to attend, call 1.888.666.8262 or 406.243.4051.

CONCESSIONS
There are a variety of concessions available at the Adams Center along with specialty booths, such as Baskin Robbins, Pizza Hut, Grizzly Grill and Grizzly Espresso. All other concession stands sell soda, popcorn, candy, nachos, and hot dogs.

ELEVATORS
There are two elevators in the Adams Center.One location is in the southwest corner of the Adams Center and serves A, B, & C Concourses.  The second elevator is located in the southeast corner of the building and serves the A, B, C Concourses and the Sky Club.

EMERGENCIES/ EVACUATIONS
In the event of an emergency situation, all event staff have been instructed and trained to assist all guests in vacating the premises to a safe location.  Emergency strobe lights and voice announcements are located throughout the Adams Center.  In the event there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions from event staff.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE
The Adams Center welcomes your assistance in making your visit both enjoyable and safe.  If you observe any potentially hazardous or unpleasant circumstances in or around the facility, (broken seats/ handrails, spilled soda, etc.) please report to any Adams Center representative on duty.  After an event, you may call in your report to 406.243.5355 during regular business hours.

FIRST AID
In case of medical emergency, please notify the closest event staff or security member, so medical assistance can be dispatched. 

FOOD/BEVERAGES
Outside food and/or beverages are prohibited in the Adams Center.  Concessions are available during all public events and sell a large assortment of food and beverages. Water fountains are accessible on all concourses of the Adams Center.  Some alcoholic beverages are sold during limited shows and concerts.  Alcoholic beverages can be purchased only in designated locations with proper ID.

Group prices vary by event and in some cases may not be available.  If you have a group (15 +), please contact the box office to see whether specials are available (406.243.4051 or 1.888.666.8262).

GUEST CONDUCT
The Adams Center and the University of Montana strive to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and fun environment.  Guest wearing obscene or indecent items or exhibiting obscene or disruptive behaviors may, at the request of the Adams Center or other University representatives, be asked to remove the item from or leave the facility.

GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Guests with special needs are welcome at the Adams Center and the University of Montana.  If guests attending a show need special arrangements, please contact the Adams Center administrative offices or the Box Office as soon as possible.  Our "ADA Act Guide to the Adams Center" outlines services of particular interest to guests with special needs.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Adams Center rarely cancels or postpones an event due to inclement weather.  Please be advised that tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.  Should an event be postponed or canceled, the information will be posted on the Adams Center website or available by calling the Adams Center Box Office.

LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost an item please contact the Adams Center administrative offices at 406.243.5355. Leave you name, phone number, detailed description of the lost item(s), date and location the item was lost.  You will be notified if your item is recovered by our staff.

MERCHANDISE
Merchandise for sporting events may be purchased at The Bookstore in the University Center.  Merchandise for concerts and shows vary according to the needs of the artist. Concert and show merchandise tables are often set up in the lobby of the Adams Center before, during, and after the special event

MONTANA GRIZZLY SCHOLARSHIP ASSOCIATION (GSA)
The Montana Grizzly Scholarship Association is the primary scholarship fundraising organization for Montana Grizzly Athletics. The MGSA is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under Section 501 C (3) of the United States' Internal Revenue Service Code. Outside vending is strictly forbidden unless approved by Adams Center and The University of Montana management.

PARK ‘N RIDE
Park and ride is available for all Grizzly football games from Dornblaser field and north campus. Also, some local businesses provide park and ride to football games.  The Mountain Lion (local bus system) has routes that pass the Adams Center regularly.

PARKING
Parking for sporting events is based on a permit basis. Season parking for football and men's & women's basketball may be purchased on a season or single- game basis.  Concert and show parking is free after 5pm and on weekends, but may be limited during the school semester.  Parking during the business day is limited to quick stop parking (20 minute time limit) and hourly parking located next to the University Center. All other areas are subject to a ticket or towing unless a valid UM permit is prominently displayed.

RE-ENTRY
Re-entry policies vary from event to event.  Concerts and shows do not allow re-entry in most cases, while Intercollegiate Athletic sporting events allow re-entry with a ticket stub and stamp or wristband.

RESTAURANTS
While there are no restaurants in the Adams Center, however the Grizzly grill is located on B concourse at the north end of the arena.  Also, located a short walk across the footbridge are a few local eateries.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on B, C, and Sky Club levels of the Adams Center, and are clearly marked.

SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
Season tickets for Grizzly Athletics are available through the Adams Center Box Office at 1.888.666.8262 or 406.243.4051.  If you would like to be added to the season ticket list please fill out the season ticket request form on the GSA page. Also, include the specific season tickets you are interested in, the quantity requested, and the location in the arena or stadium.

SHOW LISTINGS
Sometimes a show is advertised on an artist's website before it is posted on the Adams Center website. The Adams Center will not post concert or show information until all parties have signed the necessary contracts.

SMOKING POLICY
The Adams Center is a no smoking facility. Outdoor smoking areas are provided.

TAILGATING
No tailgate parties are allowed for concerts and shows. Tailgating for athletic events is allowed with express permission of Intercollegiate Athletics. Please call 406.243.2202

Business hours are Mon - Fri., 8:30am- 4:30pm. (except legal holidays). It also opens one hour prior to Adams Center ticketed events. For your convenience, we also provide ticket outlets located at Worden's Market, Southgate Mall and The Source at the University Center.

VIDEO RECORDERS
Video recorders are not allowed during events at the Adams Center unless approved by Adams Center or Intercollegiate Athletic staff. Applicable identification must be visible at all times.
