Statement

Glorifying the everyday is the starting point for much of my work. Humor acts as the initial lure to gain my viewers' attention for deeper investigation. The use of my own body turns many of my works of art into self-portraits portraying real events from my own life. My ability to conceptualize and create three-dimensional forms of art in a diverse variety of mediums allows me to challenge the notion of what sculpture can be.
