I am a 21 year old student from Bend, Oregon, where I live with my mom and my two cats. My dad works in Los Angeles for part of the year as a set electrician for movies and TV shows. My mom works at the Alyce Hatch Center in Bend, Oregon, which is part of the High Desert Special Education System which specializes in early childhood intervention for special needs preschoolers, ages 0-5. I love reading, hiking, kayaking, camping, photography, kickboxing, roller skating, being busy, and spending time with my cats.

Teaching Experience

I have served as a teaching assistant in the Climate Change Studies program since 2017 under the direction of Dr. Nicky Phear. During this time, I have been able to assist with teaching duties, such as taking attendance, grading papers and assignments, as well as teaching an 80-minute lecture of my own each year. My lectures generally cover the topic of climate change, and how it intersects with religious beliefs across the globe.
