Client Responsibilities

• To let Legal Services know if my student status, address, or telephone number changes WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THAT CHANGE.
• To keep appointments with Legal Services and others involved in my case.
• To give others permission to talk with Legal Services and give them copies of my records.
• To promptly pay all costs and fees as required.
• To be completely truthful with Legal Services' staff at all times.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities could result in termination of representation.
