ASUM has a number of different student groups with a range of different interests and themes. Each group has been recognized by filling out the ASUM recognition form and being approved by the senate. To be a recognized student group, a group must have at least 15 valid student signatures, governing documents, and get their form in by March 15th. This allows the student groups to receive funding through the yearly budgeting process as well as apply for funding throughout the year for special purchases, travel allocations, and events they are hosting. The University of Montana student groups are a great way to participate on campus and get involved!
