Notice of Publication of the Draft Environmental Assessment in support of the Missoula Air Quality Permit Application for the Proposed Biomass Heating Plant Addition at the University of Montana-Missoula.
The University of Montana – Missoula, 32 Campus Drive, Missoula, MT 59812 will publish on or about October 077, 2011 a Draft Environmental Assessment for the proposed biomass gasifier and heat recovery boiler including associated biomass fuel and combustion product conveyance and processing equipment adjacent to the existing Heating Plant, 840 Connell Ave., N1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 27, Township 13N, Range 19W. This notice of the Draft Environmental Assessment is to fulfill the requirements of the Montana Environmental Protection Act ( MEPA).
