Student refunds are managed in partnership with Nelnet: Business Solutions. We offer an easy way to get your refund each semester if money is due back to you. The best part? You choose how we send you your money. You can receive your refund monies via direct deposit (3-5 business days) or paper check (7-14 business days).

To select your refund preference (direct deposit or paper check), login to CyberBear and complete the following steps:

1. Click on the Student Services tab
2. Click the Student Refunds header
3. Click on the My Refund button
4. Complete steps to select your refund option

Note: For students with OneAccount (past refund provider), Nelnet will deposit to your OneAccount if you have set your refund option to ACH Direct Deposit and entered your OneAccount information. If you want to close your OneAccount, you are responsible for taking this action as your OneAccount is a personal bank account.
