The Big Sky Employment & Academic Enrichment Fair is a valuable and economical opportunity for recruiters to meet qualified applicants in search of full-time professional opportunities and part-time employment, internships, and summer jobs, as well as volunteer positions. This year's event will be held on the University of Montana campus on, February 18-19, 2015.
The $275.00 registration fee ($135 for Non-profit Organizations) for participating in the career fair includes: a career fair booth with two chairs, continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, wireless access, and participation in the 2nd Day Interview event which includes a continental breakfast as well.
Advertising in the Big Sky Employment & Academic Enrichment Fair Handbook puts your company's information in the hands of every student who attends the career fair. This is an excellent opportunity to market your current job openings and recruiter information.
2nd Day Interviews
You MUST reserve your space prior to the career fair. Our office will coordinate your online recruiting schedule using the Griz eRecruiting system. This on-line career management system allows you to check your schedule, monitor student sign-ups and review resumes prior to attending the Big Sky Employment & Academic Enrichment Fair!
Once your organization is registered for 2nd Day Interviews we will post your position(s) and your interview schedule(s) in Griz eRecruiting. Students can select an interview time with your organization that fits their schedule for that Wednesday. During the career fair check-in we will have your interview schedule printed, with a copy of the resumes of the students on your schedule. The schedule slots that are still available can be filled during the career fair with students that you meet, and would like to interview, to see if they are the right fit for your organization.
