Why a degree in Health and Human Performance?

The Health and Human Performance (HHP) Department emphasizes all dimensions of health and human movement to enhance the longevity and quality of life. A degree in HHP has three options (Community Health and Prevention Sciences, Exercise Science, and Health Enhancement), allowing students to choose an area of study that fits their career goals. A degree in HHP can prepare students for a variety of careers, which may include further study in a graduate or professional preparation program. See some of the possibilities below.
