Online Job Vacancies Database

Career Services offers a comprehensive, searchable job vacancy database that includes positions in business/government/health/education, etc. This database is updated daily, features listings from across the country and is available 24 hours-a-day/7 days-a-week via the web.

Current UM Students:
If you are a current UM student, you can get free access to the online job vacancies database by registering with Career Services through the Griz eRecruiting system.

Other Interested Subscribers:
In order to access the job vacancies database, you will need to have a password. Simply contact our office at (406) 243-4437 or use the Online Vacancy Subscription Form and we will get you set up. The fee for a new subscription is $25.00 for a six (6) month period. You can pay either via check, purchase order or major credit card (Visa/MasterCard).

Be advised that your subscription will not be processed and you will not be issued a password until we receive your subscription fee payment.

Alumni Options:
The office of Career Services and the Alumni Association have partnered to provide Griz eRecruiting, a comprehensive career services software program designed to assist with your career preparation and job search. If you are a dues paying member of the Alumni Association you are eligable for a FREE account, other wise the fee is $25/6 months to view jobs or $50/6 months for full access. Note: The password will change each month, so you must have an email address in order to subscribe so we can notify you when the password changes. If you do not currently have email capability, you can get free email at sites such as:
