	MOLLI Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UM (MOLLI) offers programs that promote the lifelong learning and personal growth of older adults through a diverse collection of non-credit, short courses offered in the fall, winter, and spring. We are looking for individuals +50 who are curious and love to learn. Our goal is to create an accessible and innovative learning environment so that older adults from all backgrounds and levels of education may pursue learning. 	Summer Semester Summer Semester is a ten-week semester offered during UM's three-month summer break. This session allows students to fulfill general education and major requirements, repeat a course, and lighten credit loads for Fall and Spring. Summer Semester provides shorter terms and smaller class sizes for more than 750 courses, including more than 100 general education and many unique programs, such as the Teaching with Film Institute. 	Innovation Studio The Innovation Studio at UMOnline offers a unique opportunity for UM faculty to design and implement engaging online and blended learning experiences in collaboration with instructional and media designers. Housed in the SELL building, the design team is available weekdays from 10am-4pm to consider applications of the latest technologies and work on graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements customized to fit online courses.
