CE Credit Information

The American Dietetic Association has approved 7 (level 2) Continuing Professional Education (CEU) hours: 6 hours for major sessions and 1 hours for exhibits.

 This activity for 1.5 contact hours for Thursday evening, and 5 contact hours for Friday is provided by St. Vincent Healthcare an approved  provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing  Center's Commission on Accreditation.

 Skaggs School of Pharmacy at the University of Montana is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  This knowledge based program is approved for 1.5 contact hours Thursday evening and 5 hours on Friday.  The Universal Activity Numbers for this program are 0035-999-12-015-LO1-P on Thursday evening, October 18th (0.15 CEU), and 0035-999-12-016-LO1-P on Friday, October 19th (0.5 CEU).

Participants who attend each entire program, sign the attendance roster, and complete a program evaluation at the conclusion of each program will be issued ACPE statements of credit by mail 3 weeks after the program date.

 This Live activity, Montana Diabetes Conference 2012: New Approaches to Diabetes Treatment, Management and Education, with a beginning date of October 18, 2012, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
