As the U.S. health care system evolves, pharmacists are taking a more active role in providing patient care. The University of Montana School of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences, in cooperation with Continuing Education, provides practicing pharmacists the opportunity to gain the skills to meet this challenge. However, the External Pharm. D. Program accepted its last class in Fall 2003. The didactic course work in the External Pharm. D. Program will be phased out after Spring Semester 2005. Continuing students will have through Summer Semester 2009 to complete the experiential part of the program. For further information contact: Candice Merrill |
