Dates and Deadlines
10/26/10 -
1/6/10 Students
may register for Wintersession/Spring Semester 2010 courses
via Cyberbear
1/04/10
Wintersession instruction
begins
1/06/10 Last
day to register, add or drop classes, change credit or change
grading option through Cyberbear. Students intending
to drop/add classes or change grading option after January
6 must do so through Griz Central, using a drop/add form,
by 4:30pm on January 15, and a $40 late fee will be assessed
for each course addition after this date.
1/08/10
Last day for students taking only Wintersession
courses to pay/finalize. Students who fail to pay/finalize
by in person or via CyberBear
by 4:30pm on January 8 will be cancelled.
1/15/10
Last day for students taking both Wintersession and
Spring Semester courses to pay/finalize in person.
Students who fail to pay/finalize by in person by 4:30pm on
January 15, or via CyberBear
by midnight on January 16, will be cancelled.
01/22/10
Wintersession 2010 ends
6/01/10
Grades are posted on Spring Semester transcripts

Registration
Wintersession 2010 courses are included in the students' total
credit load for Spring Semester. Beginning October 26,
students may register for courses offered during Wintersession
2010, January 4-22. Students access Cyberbear
(www.umt.edu/cyberbear) and select Spring Semester 2010
term, UM-Wintersession Campus.

Tuition
and Fee Payment
Fees follow the
regular state-funded fee schedules located at http://www.umt.edu/bussrvcs/studacctserv.htm#fees. Student
class status and residency will affect fees, and the tuition
flat spot will apply. All fees are subject to change without
notice. Courses require minimum enrollments, and may be subject
to cancellation.

Financial
Aid Information
The Financial Aid
Office determines eligibility for aid that may cover costs
of Wintersession/Spring Semester courses. For consideration
of eligibility, students should contact the Financial Aid
office in Griz Central as early as possible.

Grade
Information
Wintersession is
considered part of Spring Semester, and Wintersession grades
appear on students' Spring Semester transcripts. Wintersession
2010 grades will be available on June 1, 2010.
