Short courses on special topics in honey bee keeping will be offered periodically. Short courses may include subjects such as swarm catching and advanced swarm prevention techniques, alternative methods for honey extraction, queen rearing, wax processing and candle making, bee keeping with a top-bar hive, marketing honey and honey products and more. Open to the public.
