Coming in Spring 2013:

Social Media Online Certificate Program

The Social Media Certificate Program is designed for individuals with little or no experience in social media. There are no course prerequisites to enroll in the program. After completing these courses, you will be qualified for roles such as Social Media Specialist, Community Manager, and Digital Media Project Manager. Each section of the program takes about five hours to complete, for a total of 45 class hours. Students can begin this program in Spring 2013.

This program is composed of two courses with nine sections:

• Identifying Your Target Audience
• Content Creation and Calendaring
• Engaging with the Community
• Social Media Campaign Monitoring
• Time and Project Management
