The College of Visual and Performing Arts is offering an exciting summer experience in Ireland! This six-week program is open to all MOLLI members as well as UM students. The culture of Ireland will be studied through art, music, theatre and media arts. Instructors will be UM faculty and guests from Ireland. Included are walking tour lectures, fieldtrips, live music, theatre and visits to museums and art galleries. The program will be centered in Dublin. Dublin is a city with a rich literary and cultural heritage. It is a European capital with a village atmosphere, whose calmness and serenity allow for serious study, while at the same time offering world-class amenities. Program dates are:
1st three-week session: May 23-June 13, 2014
2nd three-week session: June 13-July 4, 2014
Students may choose to attend either session or stay for the whole program. MOLLI members must have a current membership to participate. Please contact the MOLLI office to purchase your MOLLI membership (The annual membership period is July 1st through June 30th the following year.)
