MOLLI
Faculty Orientation
Group
and/or individual orientations will be offered for all faculty
members. The orientation will include information on the
types of audio visual aids the Continuing Education Conference
Center has to offer, how to utilize these aids, and how to schedule
them in advance for your course. It will allow the faculty members
time to ask questions and learn more about MOLLI policies and
procedures to ensure everything is in order in advance of the
the MOLLI courses. Financial paperwork will be filled out
at this time as well.
The
Orientation will answer questions like:
- How
do I project my PowerPoint Presentation on the screen?
- Can
I project mt PowerPoint presentation on two screens at once?
- When
will I receive my honorarium? and how?
- How
do I get my room set-up in a large U shape?
- Can
I show a video with sound from the internet to my students?
- And
many more...
The
orientations are highly recommended to ensure an understanding
of how to best utilize the conference center's many high tech
features as well as getting to know the building and our staff.
Group orientations will be scheduled during the two weeks prior
to the term and email notifications will be sent. Those individuals
unable to attend a group session will need to schedule an individual
orientation at least a week before your first course with Dannette
at 243.2905 or via email at dannette.fadness@umontana.edu.
Please
note: Orientation
and MOLLI courses will meet at the Continuing Education Conference
Center unless alternative locations are requested or required.
