Neurotoxicology
Faculty within the neurotoxicology focus area are investigating health impacts of agents on the central nervous system and neuroendocrine pathways. The neuroendocrine pathways directly interact with the airways and many airborne toxicants (arsenic, pesticides, solvents, and metals) have both neuro- and respiratory toxic effects.
