A check is the preferred method of payment. Please make checks payable to
UM Foundation account 23D & put in the memo line -- Clark Fork Symposium.

For those who must pay by credit card:
To preregister -- send in registration form AND include this information --type of card, name on card, card number & 3 digit security number on back, expiration date, billing address for the card.
Another option for employees for the state of Montana -- your agency may pay by 'interunit journal'. The journal must give UM's business unit (51030) and must indicate that it is for Clark Fork Symposium registration (c/o EVST) & must name the person whose registration is being paid.
Be sure to indicate the method of payment on your registration form.
