Getting Started

Services that can be requested which pertain to the CMS are:

• A new CMS website
• Access to a CMS website
• Custom Website design

Requesting a service

1. Click on the begin button, and then type in your NetID and password to login.
2. Fill out the information requested about yourself so we can get in contact with you.
3. On the top navigational bar, click on "New Request."
4. Select the service you are requesting.
5. Fill out the requested information. Please note that we require a Sponsor for projects -- this must be a Dean or Department Head. The Sponsor will receive an e-mail and must click the link contained in the e-mail to approve the project.
6. If you have not be taken the web certification exam in the previous year, it will prompt you to complete the exam. You must take the web certification exam to be given access to Cascade.

Please note that until the sponsor approves the project or the web certification exam is passed, we will not be able to fulfill your request.
