EXECUTIVE PLANNING COUNCIL

CHARGE:

To develop parameters for the planning and budgeting process. To identify trends and issues and develop recommendations. In addition, the Council will "prepare reallocation targets as needed to maintain a balanced budget," which will include consideration of the need for resources to implement new programs.
