CHARGE:   

To consider complaints about University Center policies, activities, and personnel; to review annually University Center budgets and fees; to ensure that student, faculty, and staff interests are considered in deciding policies and other administrative matters involving the University Center; and to develop, in consultation with the UC Administration, long-range planning goals and funding sources for UC development and use.
