Active for Life
Active for Life is a small group fitness class designed for individuals over 50 years old. This class meets twice a week with the goals of focusing on functional fitness. Functional fitness means being able to do everything you do on a daily basis with strength, comfort, and ease. In order to meet that end, we focus on strength, endurance, heart health, flexibility, and balance in each class. Every class can be different but we also like to create consistency so that you can see PROGRESS!
This class meets every Tuesday & Thursday from 9-10am with Cassaundra
The investment for this class is $50 for the semester (only $1.47 a class!)
Registration for this small group fitness class can be completed on the online registration portal or at the front desk of the Fitness and Recreation Center.
