Welcome

The purpose of this club is to expose interested students to the diverse areas of criminology and create connections to professionals in the field. We strive to achieve excellence in our academics and careers while working to establish community relations within the criminal justice system. Crim Club meets every other Wednesday in Social Science Building Room 352 during the fall and spring semesters. Contact the club president at umtcriminologyclub@gmail.com to join or with questions.

What We Do

The Criminology Club runs fundraisers, does community service, hosts guest speakers (including crime victim advocates, crime scene technicians, and 911 dispatchers) and shows educational movies. We go on an annual tour of the Montana State Prison and the Montana State Crime Lab. We also co-sponsor and host the Student Law Enforcement Academy every spring.
