Curry Health Center

Medical holds are usually placed on registrations when the pre-registration immunization form is not completed and turned into the Curry Health Center. The State of Montana has immunization requirements that need to be met prior to being admitted to school.

If you have a Medical Hold, do the following:

1. Read immunization requirements and immunization recommendations
2. complete the required pre-registration form and
3. Email: chc.medreception@mso.umt.edu, phone (406) 243-4330 or come by the Curry Health Center Medical Reception windows with your completed pre-registration immunization form and immunization record.
4. It usually only takes a few minutes to get the the hold cleared. But, get it done early to avoid the rush and long lines at the reception windows.
