Spring Semester 2012 Registration Bills - Final Deadline!

The $40 late registration fee is now in effect.  All students must be paid/finalized by 4:30 pm February 13  (if paying in Griz Central) or midnight February 13 (if paying via Cyberbear) to avoid cancellation of classes. 

SPRING 2012 REFUND SCHEDULE

Please make sure you have selected your refund delivery preference at http://UMDebitCard.com. ).  If you do not make a selection, you will face a significant delay in receiving your money.  Refunds are released weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Click here for more information.

2011 W-2s  

W-2s have been mailed.  They are also available via the Web.  Please log onto CyberBear.

1098-T TUITION STATEMENTS

Student 1098T tuition statements for Tax Year 2011 are available on CyberBear.  To access, log into CyberBear, click on “Student Services and Financial Aid”, then “Payment and Account Information” to get to the “Tax Notification – 1098T” link.  Paper forms were mailed January 20th.

DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN

The Deferred Payment Plan is available to students who need to pay tuition, mandatory fees, and room and board in three payments. A new online application is required each academic year.  Students on the Deferred Payment Plan for Autumn 2011 Semester do not need to reapply.  However, students in default status will not be allowed on the plan for Spring 2012.  Click here for more information or contact Business Services at 406-243-2464.

Spring 2012 Payment Plan Due Dates
• The first payment is due when you finalize your bill by the standard payment deadline for the semester
• MARCH 1, 2012: 2nd Payment Due
• APRIL 1, 2012: Final Payment Due
