UM Dining is committed to limiting our impact on the environment and we employ a multitude of sustainable business practices daily.  Central to our sustainable goals, are purchasing locally and sustainably produced goods, water and energy conservation, waste reduction and diversion, outreach and education, and collaboration on all sustainable efforts with campus and community partners.

Join us for a week of educational and fun events, as well as local and sustainable dining specials!
