Quincie has been teaching ESL since 1995 and has been at the ELI since 2001. She has taught in Portugal, in the United Arab Emirates and at Colorado State University, where she earned an MA in TESOL. She is also an alumna of The University of Montana.

Nancy Gass is ELI's office manager. She provides information and assistance regarding issuance of I-20 forms, payment of tuition and fees, and related matters.

In addition to providing key administrative support, Ella is responsible for corresponding with prospective students, processing ELI applications and immigration documents, and assisting newly arrived ELI students with orientation to the UM campus.
