Anna has been teaching ESL since 1996 and has been at the ELI since 2005. She has taught in Japan, in Haïti, and at The University of Montana, where she earned an MA in French Literature and a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language.

Nancy Gass is ELI's office manager. She provides information and assistance regarding issuance of I-20 forms, payment of tuition and fees, and related matters.

In addition to providing key administrative support, Sara is responsible for corresponding with prospective students, processing ELI applications and immigration documents, and assisting newly arrived ELI students with orientation to the UM campus.
