Celebrating the Past 50 Years of Wilderness in Montana Exhibit

The Celebrating the Past 50 Years of Wilderness in Montana exhibit will be on display in the University Center Ballroom during the Fall 2014 Mansfield Conference and highlighted during the refreshment break before the keynote session on Friday, September 12. This exhibit honors Montana’s rugged beauty and tells the story of Montanans’ battle to protect some of its wildest lands.  Using contemporary and historical photos and documents, this exhibit highlights the people, organizations, and legislation that led to the creation of Montana’s hard-won wilderness.
