Travel
and Costs
(This applies to
NSF participants only)
Air Travel
The organizers will work with students to cover the cost of air
travel to and from Missoula. For the 2007 workshop in almost all
cases 100% of participant air fare was covered. We anticipate
this to be the case for the 2008 workshop. However, in some cases
(e.g., foreign travel or high priced domestic tickets) it may
not be possible for the organizers to cover the entire costs air
travel. Participant will be responsible for transportation to
and from the airports.
Lodging
Lodging will be provided at no cost in a dorm on the UM campus.
Meals
A continental breakfast on the first day of the workshop, lunches
for 4 of the 5 days, and a closing dinner on Friday, 8/8 will
be provided. The remainder of the meals will be at the student's
expense. We will help direct people towards the plentiful
eating options in Missoula.
