LONG RANGE BUILDING PLAN 2016 - 2017
The University of Montana through the Montana University System requests funding and authority for construction, renovations, deferred maintenance, code and life/safety projects for state facilities from the Legislature each biennium starting in January of the second year. To meet the Legislative submittal deadline and the previous Governor's and Regents' submittal deadlines the University of Montana has to start its Long Range Building Program, LRBP, process early in the first year of the biennium.
To assist the campus' Executive Officers in identifying and submitting their prioritized needs for consideration and approval by the President, Facilities Services has placed links to copies of the following documents:
The Labor Crew gives support to Facilities Services and the campus in general. We work for all trades, academic departments and for the public in general. We provide for the safety of students and the general public.
The University of Montana grounds staff manages over 50 acres of landscape, including over 2 million square feet of turf.
From the management and reduction of energy consumption to storm water and heating and cooling. Energy & Utilities keeps UM running at a responsible pace.
Campus Mail Services supports the overall mission of the University of Montana by moving hard copy communication and material for the campus community and their correspondents.
