VEHICLE RENTAL RATES

All rates include fuel and insurance costs (liability plus collision). Insurance deductibles for rental vehicles is two tiered; regular, on-road rental vehicles have a $500 deductible while those used off-road or for field work have a $1,000 deductible. Damages resulting from intentional abuse or negligence will not be submitted to the University’s insurance carrier but instead will be the renting department’s responsibility. Medical insurance is the responsibility of the individual.

A late cancellation fee of one day rental rate may be charged to renter for cancellations received after twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled pickup time.

Entervan renters must provide their own disability parking pass.

PARKING is not provided for your personal vehicle. (Contact Public Safety for further questions 243-6131)

Mileage charge includes the cost of fuel. Each vehicle has a COMDATA credit card in the glove box to be used for fuel purchases.
