The committee reviewed and discussed 26 faculty development proposals in the fall of 2004 and 24 proposals in the spring of 2005.
Actions Taken ¯
Recommendations were made to the Provost’s office to fund 14 proposals in the fall and 13 proposals in the spring. One or two alternates were also recommended for each period.
Unresolved Issues ¯
The committee expressed frustration that so little funding was available for the program. No action was taken nor was any recourse available.
