Chair Hinman called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.

The groups presented additional courses for approval (see list below). Follow-up information is still pending for several courses.
The committee approved the transition year memo (one member apposed). It will be sent to ASCRC for discussion at tomorrow's meeting. Departments will need to be notified of the need to revise catalog language pertaining to the upper-division writing requirement by the major.
