Chair Hinman called the meeting to order at 1:25 p.m.
Approval of the minutes was postponed due to the lack of a quorum.
Communications:
James Scott has agreed to serve on the committee. Unfortunately he had a
previous engagement today, but should be able to attend the rest of the
meetings.
ASCRC is meeting with interested parties to discuss general education for the next several meetings

Business:
The committee revisited the draft guidelines and made several revisions. It agreed to meet next week to finalize the draft so it can be presented to ASCRC.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:00
p.m.
