Welcome to the FLBS Help Page

First, if you have questions about our site, please review the help table of contents below. If you have questions not answered below or if there's something else about our site that confuses you, email the webmaster. We'd be happy to answer your questions as best we can.

Check Your Browser Version

If you are having problems with the way our pages display on your screen (or the way other websites display to a particular computer), it might be time for you to upgrade to a newer web browser.

There are many browsers available and while the court of common opinion holds strong beliefs one way or another, most browsers are pretty much the same. Here are some current favorites:

Firefox - An open standards browser with anti-popup and anti-windowpop support. At about 4MB this is the smallest, fastest browser in use today.

Internet Explorer v 6.0 - The most popular browser on the internet today. Different versions are available depending on your Windows/Macintosh operating system, but a typical download is around 25MB.

This website was written with both Netscape 4.77 and Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 in mind. This website will perform correctly in all aspects if you are using one of these browsers.

We cannot vouch for the stability of any product on your particular system, so please seek the assistance of your network administrator or Internet Service Provider for recommendations on a browser that is best for you.

Javascript

If you're having trouble with the menu on the left side of our homepage (e.g. You're not getting any submenus when you bring the mouse cursor over the main selections), there are several potential solutions:

1. We have tested Internet Explorer v5.5 and higher, Netscape v6.2 and higher, and Firefox v1.0.3 and higher with this website. Our website may not support older versions of these browsers or other browsers that are available on the internet.

2. Update your browser version.

If your version is not at least at my recommended version level, our page may not display on your browser correctly. If this is the case, you can navigate our site using our text-only page, or you can attempt to update your PCs browser to a newer version. If you do not know how, contact your organization's Systems Administrator. They're usually very willing to help.

3. Verify that Javascript is enabled in your browser's Options or Preferences settings. We can't tell you where to do this for every browser, but most browsers support Javascript by default. If you believe Javascript is enabled but does not appear to be working, contact your Systems Administrator for assistance in determining the cause of your browser's failure.
