The planning committee is pleased to provide a childcare program for children of conference attendees.
ASUM Child Care and Preschool Program (http://www.umt.edu/childcare/) will provide the basic childcare system (with matching wrist-bands for parents and kids) and the trained childcare providers. The childcare providers will be UM students who work in their childcare or preschool programs. Students have already undergone background checks and have received childcare training.
WHO: Children of all ages are welcome
WHEN: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on the day of the conference - arrive a little early to complete a quick enrollment form
WHERE: McGill Hall (in the old Co-Teach Preschool area) The drop off parking area is behind McGill Hall by the playground next and to the Griz pool. No parking permit will be needed as it is a week-end.
COST: Free
Early registration is necessary to insure availability. If you require child care, please fill out the child care information box on the conference registration form.
Please bring all the supplies, food, and equipment that your child will need, including snacks, lunch, and age appropriate toys. Parents with infants need to bring pack-and-plays. Please put your child’s name on all items. The program will provide a refrigerator on-site and some basic supplies for activities such as crafts and games.
