Each room will be equipped with a PC running PowerPoint and a LCD projector. All computers have both USB ports and CD drives.
It is advisable to arrive ahead of schedule to confirm the technology will work for your presentation. An extra computer will be available for a test-run of presentation. We highly recommend testing the equipment BEFORE your session.Those wishing to use their own computer should also arrive ahead of time to make sure their computer is compatible with the conference technology.
