It is advisable to arrive ahead of schedule to confirm the technology will work for your presentation. An extra computer will be available for a test-run of presentation. We highly recommend testing the equipment BEFORE your session.Presenters must use the conference PC only. You will not be able to switch computers for your presentation.
Plan to arrive at your presentation early to allow for setup time. In addition, you should consider bringing a backup of the presentation on slides or transparencies. This will ensure maximum compatibility with the AV equipment available for your presentation.
