All presentation files should be on a flash drive that can be added to the desktop of the PC prior to your session. We cannot switch computers during the session so be prepared to use the one provided at the conference. If you created your presentation on a Mac, make sure that all content will be compatible to run on a PC. This is particularly important for some media files.
Oral presentations will be 15-20 minutes in length with additional minutes allotted for questions for each presenter. This schedule will be strictly enforced.
