Some programs require official transcripts before review of applications and others do not. Please contact the program to find out their requirements.

For transcripts to be considered official, they must be sent directly to us from your previous university, or through a third party vendor such as National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment. 

If your bachelor's degree was awarded by UM, you will not need to order an official transcript unless your program requests it, as we can access this information internally.

International Students: In most cases, a transcript evaluation will be necessary. We most commonly receive evaluations from WES, but we will accept an evaluation from any current member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. Some programs may be more strict in the evaluations they accept. Please contact the program to find out their requirements.

Official transcripts must come from your previous institution in a sealed envelope.
